Create fluffy, glamorous brows in one swipe. Designed to help tame, lift, and sculpt brows into place. Formulated with Hydrogenated Castor Oil and Glycerin, helping to nourish the hair follicle, promoting healthier brows. 

 

A thick, smooth transparent gel to easily sculpt and hold brows into place all day without flaking. Give the illusion of fuller, feather like brows by brushing upwards and shaping how desired. A transparent formula, suitable for all brow shades and hair types.

How to Use:

  • Pick up a little bit of brow gel on the spoolie and gently comb the gel through your eyebrows
  • To create a fluffy, laminated brow look, brush the gel upwards and outwards through the brows whilst gently pressing down to set into place

Return & Exchange Policy

 At Karisma, customer satisfaction is our first priority. We will gladly accept the return/exchange of your unused or defective purchase within 14 days of delivery. We are proud to offer a stress-free return/exchange policy.

 For defective products or if you have received the wrong item, please call our customer service number within 24 hours of delivery. Please have your order number ready for the call.

All the returned/exchanged items must include a copy of the invoice/receipt and be in the same condition upon delivery with their original packaging.

How to return and exchange an item?

If you would like to return an item that has been delivered to you, you must physically return it in to Karisma shops (7 branches) and exchange it with an item with the same value or higher value. 

 Refunds

Once we have received and processed your return, we will refund you via the original payment method. Refunds can take up to seven days to reach your account after your return has been processed. 

CANCELLATION

A customer can cancel an order if he/she wishes, however, the cancellation request should be made before dispatching the order from our warehouse. If any payment was done, will be refunded through the same payment method, which order was placed.
