Return & Exchange Policy
At Karisma, customer satisfaction is our first priority. We will gladly accept the return/exchange of your unused or defective purchase within 14 days of delivery. We are proud to offer a stress-free return/exchange policy.
For defective products or if you have received the wrong item, please call our customer service number within 24 hours of delivery. Please have your order number ready for the call.
All the returned/exchanged items must include a copy of the invoice/receipt and be in the same condition upon delivery with their original packaging.
How to return and exchange an item?
If you would like to return an item that has been delivered to you, you must physically return it in to Karisma shops (7 branches) and exchange it with an item with the same value or higher value.
Refunds
Once we have received and processed your return, we will refund you via the original payment method. Refunds can take up to seven days to reach your account after your return has been processed.
CANCELLATION
A customer can cancel an order if he/she wishes, however, the cancellation request should be made before dispatching the order from our warehouse. If any payment was done, will be refunded through the same payment method, which order was placed.
